Ingredients

5 Apples peeled and sliced

5 Tbls Sugar

1 tsp Cinnamon

3 cups Flour

1 cup Cooking Oil

4 Eggs

3 tsp Baking Powder

2 cups Sugar

1/4 cup Orange Juice

2 1/2 tsp Vanilla

Cinnamon Glaze

1 cup confectioners’ sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 tablespoon milk or cream

Preparation

  1. Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix first 3 ingredients and set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl beat remaining ingredients until smooth.
  4. In a greased bundt pan put layer of batter then layer of apple mixture. Repeat ending w/ apples on top. Bake 350 for 60 - 75 minutess or until done. Cool in pan on wire rack. Invert onto plate.

Cinnamon Glaze Whisk ingredients until pourable adding more milk if necessary. Drizzle over cooled cake.
