Ingredients
2 Grannysmith apples
1 Gala apple
2 cups vanilla yogurt
1 cup crushed walnuts
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 cup pomagrante seeds
1 1/2 lb pork tenderloin
Preparation
Julianne the apples. Mix all the ingredients together chill for at least 45 minutes. Serve.
Broil the tenderloin in the oven on high. Season with salt and pepper.
