Ingredients

2-3 cups Quinoa

3 apples

7 dates (soaked)

1/2 cup dried apricots

1/2 cup crushed walnuts

1/2 cup raisins

agave, to taste

2 tbls cinnamon

few sprinkles of Vanilla Bean

Preparation

Sprout quinoa (takes about 2 days) and place in a large bowl. Add chopped walnuts, raisins and chopped apricots. Process apples, dates (save the soaking water), agave, cinnamon, and vanilla bean. Use the date water to make the creamy texture. Add the processed ingredients to the bowl of quinoa and mix well. Serve in a pie pan or individual bowls.
