Ingredients

4 large braeburn apples peeled, cored and diced

1/2 cup orange juice

1/2 cup apple cider

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/8 cup molasses

1/8 cup maple syrup

1 tsp applepie spice

pinch of salt

Preparation

Add apples and rest of ingredients to a pot cook stirring occasionally over med heat until the apples are tender. If you want a thicker sauce, add tapioca or cornstarch to thicken. Serve warm or cold with roast pork.
