Ingredients

1 (2 lb.) Brie round

2 C. Stonewall Kitchen Apple Cranberry Chutney or other jams.

2 T. brandy

1/2 C. toasted pecans, chopped

Preparation

Remove rind from top of Brie. Using fork, poke holes in top of Brie. Place Brie in oven proof dish. Combine chutney and brandy, or other jams over prepared Brie. Sprinkle with preferred nuts. Bake at 325 until cheese is soft about 20 min.
