5T MAPLE SYRUP

3T BOOZE

1 EGG YOLK

1T CORNSTARCH

1t VANILLA EXTRACT

2 EGG WHITES

2T BROWN SUGAR

Preparation

HEAT OVEN 450 DEGREES 9" ROUND BAKING DISH COMBINE APPLES, CRANBERRIES, 2T BOOZE, 2T MAPLE SYRUP. COVER AND BAKE 40 MIN. REMOVE FROM OVEN. INCREASE HEAT TO 500 DEGREES WHISK TOGETHER EGGYOLK, 3T MAPLE SYRUP, 3T BOOZE, CORNSTARCH, VANILLA. IN SEPERATE BOWL BEAT EGGWHITES UNTIL FIRM. STIR HALF INTO THE EGGYOLK MIX. THEN FOLD IN THE REMAINING EGG WHITES. SPREAD ON THE APPLES. BAKE UNTIL BROWNED…5 MIN.
