Ingredients

6 Medium-sized apples

2 tsp. lemon juice

1 c. butter

1 1/2 c. flour

2 c. sugar

2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Peel and Core apples, slice apples thinly, about 1/8 of an inch - arrange in a baking dish. Pour lemon juice over apples. Blend butter, flour, sugar and cinnamon for pie crust. Press mixture over top of apples. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
