Ingredients

8 medium tart apples, peeled, halved and seeded

3/4 c flour

3/4 c packed brown sugar

1/2 c quick oats

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp nutmeg

1/4 tsp salt

1/3 c butter (COLD) quartered

Preparation

Preheat to 375. Slice apples in processor. Arrange in buttered 9" pan. Process remaining ingr until mixture is crumbly, about 20 sec. Sprinkle over apples and bake 30-40 min until topping is golden and apples are tender. Serve warm, with ice cream!
