Ingredients
1 1/2 Cup Oil
CAKE:
2 Cup Sugar
3 Eggs
3 Cup Chopped Apples
2 tsp. Vanilla
2 Cup Plain Flour
1 Cup Chopped Nuts
{1 tsp. soda, 1 tsp. salt}^mix in flour
GLAZE:
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Evaporated Milk
Preparation
CAKE: Mix sugar and oil well, add eggs one at a time. Add flour nuts & Vanilla. Stir in apples. Bake in greased of floured tube pan or bundt pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. GLAZE: Combine all ingredients together in sauce pan. Cook on medium temperature untill butter melts. Continue to cook for another 3 minutes. After cake is done poke holes in it with toothpick and pour glaze over it.
