Ingredients

2 cup flour

2 tbl sugar

1 tsp salt

3 tsp baking powder

2 eggs, beaten

Milk

Apples, peeled & cored

Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients. Beat eggs slightly in a 2 cup measureing cup. Add milk to 2 cup level. Beat with the dry mixture until well blended. Slice apples into rings. Dip apple rings in batter. Fry in deep fat at 375F.
