Braided challah loaf 

Honey 

Thinly sliced apples 

Toasted almonds 

Preparation

For each, cut a braided challah loaf lengthwise; lightly toast, if desired. Drizzle with honey and top with apple slices. Drizzle with more honey and sprinkle with almonds. Cut crosswise into 1 1/2-inch pieces.
