Ingredients
2 lbs. hamburger
2 eggs
12 saltine crackers, crumbled.
1 bottle of BBQ sauce
1 bottle of ketchup
1 10 oz. jar of apple jelly
Preparation
Mix hamburger, eggs and saltines together well. Form into balls. Brown in skillet with 1/4 cup of shortening. Drain. Place meatballs into crockpot with sauce mixture. Simmer 2-3 hours on high setting.
