Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

4 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup regular oats, uncooked

2 tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

2 eggs, beaten

2 cups milk

2 - 3 apples, grated

6 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl; make a well in the center. Combine eggs, milk, apple, and butter; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.

For each pancake, pour about 1/3 cup batter onto a hot, lightly greased griddle. Turn pancakes over when tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked.

Serve with maple syrup.
