Ingredients
1 apple (any kind preferably pink lady)
Pancake batter:
(1 cup all purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon pure lemon juice, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 egg, 1 cup milk)

Preparation
Pancake batter: Combine 1 cup of all purpose flour with 1 cup milk, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of pure lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of baking soda and 1 egg.
For pancakes: Cut 1 apple into fourths and then thinly slice with mandolin. Saute in butter and sugar until slightly brown. Gently pour a small portion of batter into pan and move around to spread. Should be a thin layer. Cook for about 5 minutes, add a teaspoon of sugar, then flip and repeat. Remove pancake onto plate and lightly sprinkle powdered sugar onto it. Serves 1. One apple per pancake.
