Ingredients

CRUST: 2 3/4 Cup of Flour. 1 Cup of Butter. 1/3 Cup of Milk. 1 egg yolk. 1 Tespoon salt. FILLING: 6-8 Apples

peeled and sliced. 1 1/4 Cup of Sugar. 1 1/2 Tespoons of cinnamon. 4 heaping Tablespoon of flour.

Preparation

Mix crust ingredients like pie crust. Divide, roll out half and line a 13 X 9 ungreased pan with it. Mix apple filling together and spread over crust. Top with remaining rolled pastry. Beat egg white until foamy and brush on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Cool and drizzle with powdered sugar glaze.
