Ingredients
6 Cups sliced apples
¾ Sugar
¼ Cup Flour
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
2 tbsp butter
Pastry for two-crust pie
Preparation
Combine apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Pour into a 9-inch pie pan. Dot with butter. Adjust top crust; flute edges and cut vents. Bake 45 minutes or until pastry is golden brown.
