Ingredients

3 cups pared, cored and sliced apples

2 tbsp butter or margarine

3 tbsp flour

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 cup sugar

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix apples, flour, sugar, and spices together and stir gently. Place mixture in unbaked pie shell. Dab with butter and pour the milk over the apple mixture. Place lattice or crust top on pie. Bake 40-50 minutes.
