Ingredients
Crust:
1 C flour
1 tsp sugar
dash salt
1/3 C canola oil
1 T plus 1 tsp cold milk
Filling:
6-7 apples
3/4 C sugar
1 1/2 T flour
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 T butter
pinch of allspice
few sprinkles baking spice
Crumble topping
5 1/3 T butter
3/4 C flour
1/2 C sugar
cinnamon
Preparation
Crust: Mix dry ingred in a pie pan. Add milk to oil; pour into dry ingredients in the pie pan. Mix and spread with fingers.
Peel and slice apples thin. Combine with filling. Prepare crumble topping by cutting the butter into the flour and sugar. Sprinkle over apples.
