Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
4 large medjool dates, pitted and chopped
1 apple, peeled, cored, and chopped
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup Brazil nuts, chopped
1/4 cup vanilla soy milk
2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
2 tablespoons raw cashew butter
Preparation
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together and press into a 9X9 glass baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and press once again. Allow to cool before slicing.
