Ingredients

Dry:

1 1/2 cups oats

1 1/4 cup flour

3/4 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp baking powder

3/4 tsp baking soda

1/2 cup brown sugar

Wet:

1 c applesauce

1/2 c milk, yogurt, sour cream or creme fraiche

3 Tbsp melted butter

1 egg

Add raisins, nuts, berries, cranberries

Preparation

Add wet to dry

Bake 400 for 20-22 minutes
