Ingredients
2 - Eggs
1 cup - Milk
4 tbsp. - Vegetable Oil(Canola Oil)
1 cup - Applesauce
2 tbsp. - Sugar
2 tbsp. - Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. - Cinnamon
1 tsp. - Salt
2 cups - Flour(usually white)
Preparation
Preheat griddle to medium heat.
Beat eggs. Add the remaining wet ingredients and mix well. Add all dry ingredients EXCEPT for the flour. Mix well. Add flour in increments while mixing until well mixed.
Grease griddle (with butter) and use a 1/4 cup scoop to pour pancake batter onto the griddle. Cook for 1-2 min before flipping each pancake. Cook for another 1-2 minutes(until all batter is cooked).
Serve with Syrup(Apple syrup is especially good) or plain(it’s good all by itself)
EXTRA: For added spice, add shredded or diced apples right before cooking. This is a special treat for your taste buds.
