Ingredients

2 TBS oil

1 small yellow onion

1 TBS chopped parsley

1 cup chopped celery and leaf

2 tsp tamari

1/2 tsp dried savory

1/4 pound apricots

3 cups plain-cooked brown rice

Preparation

heat oil add onion, parsley and celery and stir over moderate heat 3 minutes. add tamari and savory. cut apricots in strips and combine all ingredients with rice and mix.
