Ingredients

10 cups sliced fresh apricots

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 cups sugar

1/4 cup tapioca

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

2 tablespoons butter

Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except butter. Spoon into plastic-lined pie tins. Dot with butter, wrap and freeze. When baking a pie, place in double crust. Bake 60-70 minutes at 425 degrees.
