Ingredients
6 boned chicken breasts
1 Tbs corn starch
1 bottle Russian Dressing
1 small jar Apricot Jam/Preserves (approx 6 oz or less)
1 Pkg onion soup mix
Fresh sliced mushrooms
Preparation
Mix dressing, jam, onion soup mix and corn starch together. Place chicken in baking dish. Put mushrooms on top. Pour mixture over chicken
Cover and bake for 1 hour at 325 deg Uncover and bake for 15 min at 350 deg.
Serve with rice.
