Ingredients

5 tilapia fillets

1/4 cup dried apricots

1/3 cup balsamic vinegar

1/2 tsp thyme

1/2 cup of orange juice

2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

2 Tbsp butter

11/2 Tbsp sriracha sauce

1/1 tsp ground cumin

1 rounded Tbsp paprika

cilantro or parsley for garnish

salt, pepper to taste

Preparation

In a small saucepan over medium heat, add orange juice, balsamic vinegar and apple cider vinegar. Let it reduce for 3-4 minutes. Add apricots, thyme, sriracha sauce, cumin, salt (if needed). Turn up the; burner to high heat for 1-2 minutes while stirring. Turn heat down to low. sprinkle salt, pepper, paprica to each fillet of tilapia. In a medium skillet on medium heat add butter and let melt. Add tilapia to skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side. After done searing tilapia put on serving plate. Add apricot sauce. Add parsley or cilantro if wanted.
