Ingredients
-1 (8 oz) pkg of cream cheese
-2 T mayonnaise
-2 T sugar
-1 (8 oz) can of whole cranberry sauce
-1 C crushed pineapple, drained
-1/2 C chopped pecans
-1 C Cool Whip
Preparation
- Soften cream cheese and blend with mayonnaise, sugar, cranberry sauce, crushed pineapple and nuts.
- Fold in Cool Whip
- Place paper muffin cups into muffin tins and fill them with salad mixture, then freeze
- When frozen, muffin cups can be placed in a large ziplock bag until ready to serve
