Ingredients
8 fresh cobs of corn (sweet is best)
12 oz cream
1 jalepeno pepper
8 oz cheddar cheese (grated)
2 slices of bacon
Preparation
Boil the corn until done, then let cool. Shred the kernels off. Mix in the cheese and cream, bring to a very light boil. Fry the bacon in a separate skillet, and add in the jalepeno, diced. Introduce the pepper and bacon combo to the corn mix. Bring up again to a light boil. Let cool slightly.
