Ingredients

3/4 Cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil

3 Tbs White vinegar

(use Balsamic for more flavor)

3 Tbs Natural lime juice

3 tsp Minced garlic

1/4 cup chopped green Onions

1 tsp Sea salt

1/2 tsp Black pepper

1/2 tsp Red pepper

1/2 tsp Paprika

1 1/2 cups Italian Parsley (or Coriander)

1 cup Cilantro

1/2 cup fresh mint

Preparation

Start blending all the ingredients on a food processor except for the leaves. Then start adding the leaves until they are finely chopped but without getting a paste texture. Chill before serving.
