Ingredients
1 lb. beef flank steak, tenderized
Marinade:
Juice of 3-4 limes (about 3 fluid oz.)
½ c. olive oil
4 tbsp. mashed papaya
2 tbsp. milk
4-5 cloves garlic, chopped
Preparation
Tenderize the steak with a mallet then marinate for 24 hours. Cook on the grill and serve with Mexican salsas and tortillas.
