Ingredients

6 ounces of fresh spinach coarsely chopped

10-12 ounces of can or marinated artichoke hearts (drained and coarsely chopped)

4 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 clove garlic (grated or minced)

1/4 cup grated parmigiano reggiano

1/2 cup mozzarella (grated)

1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

  1. Soften Cream Cheese in microwave to allow for easy mixing (if necessary) - 30 seconds
  2. Mix everything and pour into a baking dish
  3. Bake in a preheated 350F oven until bubbling and golden brown on top, about 30-40 minutes
