Ingredients

1 jar marinated artichokes

4 eggs

2 cups shredded cheese

16 Ritz crackers

1/2 tsp. hot sauce

Preparation

Drain the artichokes, using the liquid to coat an 8 x 8 pan. In a bowl add the artichokes, 4 eggs, 2 cups cheese, 16 crushed crackers and the hot sauce. Mix together and put in pan. Bake for 35 minutes at 350. When cooled, cut in squares and serve.
