Ingredients
Mix together-
14 oz can Artichokes, drained & chopped
1/2 cup + 2T of Sour cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
Loaf of French Bread
Preparation
Cut bread in half length ways (like a sub bun). Tear out some bread to make a well in center of each side. Crumble the torn out bread into the filling and stir up. Spread the filling over the bread.
Place on cookie sheet and cover with aluminum foil. Bake 15 minutes covered, then open up and bake uncovered for 10 min. more. Cut in pieces before serving.
