Ingredients

1/4 C butter

2-3 cloves garlic, pressed

14oz can artichoke hearts, drained & chopped

2 tsp sesame seeds

1 C shredded jack cheese

1 C grated Parmesan

1/2 C sour cream

16oz loaf of French bread

1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Melt butter in large skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic and sesame seeds; cook, stirring, until browned. Remove from heat. Stir in artichoke hearts, jack, parmesan and sour cream. Cut bread in half lengthwise. Scoop out center of each half, leaving a 1 inch shell. Set aside. Crumble removed bread and stir into artichoke mixture. Spoon into shells and sprinkle with cheddar. Place each half on a baking sheet and cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Cut into slices.
