Ingredients

1 Medium white onion

1 can artichoke hearts in water

2 cups of sharp cheddar grated

1 cup of swiss grated

1/2 cup of brick grated

1/2 cup of fresh parmesan grated

1 cup of mayonaise

Preparation

First you can start out by finely chopping your onion and place it in medium size mixing bowl. Open can of artichoke hearts and drain out the water. Remove artichokes, chop and add to mixing bowl. Next add all grated cheese and mayo, mix together and transfer to a casserole dish. Casserole dish should be 8X8 and about 3 inches deep. Preheat oven to 325 F. When oven is ready place dish on center rack and bake for appr. 45 mins. or until top is lightly browned. Remove and serve with desired chip or cracker. Enjoy.
