Ingredients
1 1/2 Cups of artichoke hearts
1/2 Cup of grated parmesan
1/2 Cup of mayo
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 Cut the artichoke hearts in half and put in a big mixing bowl. Add cheese and mayo. Mix together then transfer to an oven safe dish. Put in oven until the top is golden and crispy!
Serve with bread, crackers, or pita chips.
