Ingredients
1 15oz. can artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
3/4 C grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 C mayonnaise
1 pinch garlic pepper
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 F In a medium bowl, combine artichoke hearts, cheese, mayonnaise and garlic pepper. Place chicken in a baking dish, cover evenly with artichoke mixture. Bake, uncovered for 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in the center and juices run clear.
