Ingredients
1 6oz. Jar Marinated Artichoke Hearts, Drained
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Cup Mozzarella cheese, Grated
1 Cup Parmesan cheese, Grated
1 Box of Triscuit Crackers
Preparation
Chop artichoke hearts. Mix the next 5 ingredients, reserving 1/4 cp Parmesan, and place in pie plate or other shallow dish. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until lightly browned on top. Serve on Triscuit crackers
