Ingredients
1 14 ounce can artichoke hearts
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1 Cup grated or shredded Parmesan Cheese
Frozen chopped spinach
1 or 2 fresh jalapenos
Garlic salt, seasoned salt or Creole seasoning.
Preparation
Drain & Finely chop artichoke hearts. Finely chop jalapenos. Thaw & drain spinach. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese. Add seasoning to taste.
