Ingredients

1/2 to 3/4 cup mayo

1 jar artichoke hearts ( I used grilled marinated in olive oil) about a 14 oz size

dash of cayenne pepper

garlic powder - dash

1/2 cup or a little more fresh grated parmesan cheese. I use a chunk of reggiano and grate it

Sprinkle top with paprika

Preparation

Bake in preheated 350 oven for about 20 minutes or until bubbly.

Can add sauteed mushrooms or 8 oz defrosted package of frozen chopped spinach. Well drained.
