Ingredients
1 can artichoke hearts, drained
1 cup Hellman’s mayonaisse
1 cup parmesan cheese
Touch of garlic powder
Touch of cayenne pepper
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Pour into a quiche dish or decorative baking dish (shallow). Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes. Serve with rusty french bread, crackers, or vegetables.
