Ingredients
2 cans artichokes in water
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated parmesn cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Dash garlic powder
Preparation
Drain, squeese and dice artichokes. Add mayonnaise, parmesan and mozarella cheeses and garlic powder. Sprinkle top with paprika. Put in ovenproof or microwavable plate and heat at 70% power for about 5 minutes or until bubbly.
Can also be put into regular oven @ 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve with triscuits or crackers of choice.
