Ingredients
1 8 ounce can artichoke hearts, water drained
3 6 ounce jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained
1 4 ounce can diced green chiles
6 tbsp mayo
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
Preparation
Chop artichokes. Distribute evenly over bottom of a well greased 2 quart baking dish. Scatter chiles on top. Sprinkle cheese on top. Cover and bake approximately 15 minutes. Serve with chips.
