Ingredients
1 (8 oz) packaged reduced-fat cream cheese
1/2 c. light hellmans mayonnaise (NOT FAT FREE/Low fat)
1/2 c. skim milk
1 oz grated parmesan cheese (1/4 c.)
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
salt & fresh ground pepper
Breton crackers (or pita chips)
Preparation
Blend cream cheese, mayo, milk, cheese, garlic, & hot pepper sauce in food processor until smooth. Add artichokes and pulse until well combined, but chunky.
Transfer to a microwave-safe serving dish. Microwave on medium until heated through ~5minutes. (OR, heat in oven until bubbly) Stir in lemon juice & season to taste with salt & pepper. Serve with crackers.
