Ingredients
4 cups Hellman’s mayonnaise
2-3 cloves minced fresh garlic
2 cans artichoke hearts, drained well & chopped
2 cups parmesan (enough so that mayo looks grainy)
Preparation
Pre-heat oven on broil.
Rub a 9x13 glass baking dish with a glove of garlic.
Drain each can of artichoke hearts and then squeeze each heart to drain well. Chop artichoke hearts into small pieces (approx. 1/4").
In a large bowl, mix parmesan, garlic and artichoke hearts. If mayo doesn’t look grainy, add more parmesan as needed.
Spread mixture evenly in baking dish and place in broiler until top is brown - it only takes a few minutes so keep an eye on it.
Serve with crackers or baguette bread.
