Ingredients
2 Tsp butter
1/3C scallions
1 can artichokes
1 7oz jar sweet peppers
1C mayanaise
1C + 2Tbs grated parmesan cheese
Parsley
Preparation
-melt scallions in butter until soft - remove from heat -Add 1 Cup parmesan and all other ingredients together in a bowl. Cut down veggies if they are too big. -Add scallions -Top with 2Tbs grated parm and parsley -Bake at 350 for 20 min or until bubbling.
