Ingredients

1 8-oz can artichoke hearts (not marinated)

1 c. mayonnaise

3/4 c. Parmesan cheese

1/4 c. Romano cheese

1/4 tsp. minced garlic

salt and pepper

Preparation

Cut up artichoke, add mayonnaise, and cheeses and blend well by hand. Bake at 400, for 20 minutes, cover with foil. Last five minutes, take off foil.
