Ingredients
1 can water based artichokes
2/3 cup lite mayo
2/3 cup grated parm
full tsp of garlic powder
1 cup shredded mozzarella
3 tablespoons salad olives
Preparation
chop artichokes into small pieces, put in microwaveable bowl, add rest of ingredients, stir well, microwave for 1 min., stir, microwave for another 1-2 minutes until cheese melted and serve immediately. Reheat often
