Ingredients
Mixx the following incrediants.
1 can of small, quartered artichoke hearts
1/2 tsp of fresh garlic
3 oz. parmesan cheese
4 oz. sour cream
4 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup of mayo
Preparation
Pre-heat over to 350.
Spread into glass pie pan and bake at 350 degrees until top is golden. About 20 mn.
Serve with bagel chips.
Alternative–spoon into pre-made phyllo pastry cups (freezer section), top with paprika or cayenne pepper and bake for same time and temperatire.
