16T Milk

Bottled Artichokes

3 Diced Onion

3T Balsamic

OO

Grated Parmesan Cheese"Optional"

Parsley Sprig " Garnish"

Salt & BP

Garlic

Preparation

  1. Mix Eggs and Milk
  2. Heat Oil and saute Onions and Garlic for 5 minutes. Lid On. Add water if needed.
  3. Stir in Balsamic, reduce for a minute. Set aside. 4.Heat oil pour in egg mix. Let set for a minute, spoon in onions, place wedges of artichokes in spiral pattern. Covor and cook Gently for 5minutes. 5.Plate Garnish and serve.
