1 - Container of Artichoke Jalapeno Dip

1 - Beef TriTip Roast Aprox 2.5lbs

Trimmed

Steak Seasonings to taste

Preparation

Pre Heat grill to medium heat @ about 305 degrees. Cook on indirectheat.

Trim fat from roast & make a slice in the side to make a cavity for the dip. stuff the roast with aprox. 1/4 to 1/2 cup of dip. Close the opening with tooth picks or a bamboo skewer. Place a sheet of heavy duty foil on the grill to catch drippings. Cook for about 20 minutes on each side. Remove from grill & let set covered for 10 minutes so the filling & juices can set up. Slice & serve.
